Geometrica is a drawing app specifically designed for tattoo artists, developed by Cory Ferguson, a second generation tattooer and pioneer in geometric/dotwork. With over 30 years of experience in the industry, Ferguson has created Geometrica to elevate tattooers' geometric drawing capabilities. Surprisingly, the app has garnered fans from various artistic disciplines, such as quilters, illustrators, and tattoo veterans, highlighting its universal appeal.
Symmetry and Pattern Making Features
<ul>
 <li>Rotation Effect: Geometrica offers a unique mandala-making feature where users can create up to 200 mirrored segments (or 400 segments technically), surpassing other similar apps in functionality.</li>
 <li>Repeat Effect: This tool enables users to multiply and repeat their drawings in a row formation either vertically or horizontally, allowing for the creation of pattern bands.</li>
 <li>Polar Repeat: By combining this feature with the rotation effect, users can repeat their drawings in concentric circles that gradually decrease in size towards the center. Additionally, the toggle-on curve enables drawing in spirals.</li>
 <li>Wallpaper Effect: Geometrica amplifies the known symmetry groups used for full-page patterns, expanding customization possibilities for users.</li>
 <li>Gradient Thickness: Users have dozens of options to choose from when it comes to line thickness. Lines can increase from thin to thick based on the selected direction, whether it be top to bottom, outward in a circular manner, or left to right in multiple rows. Combining this feature with any of the aforementioned symmetry tools produces an immersive drawing experience.</li>

Among the many drawing tools available, two particularly noteworthy options include:

 <li>Marker Tool: As the main drawing tool of the app, it provides users with customizability through various functions, such as tapers, whip shading options, and a "rope stabilizer" that aids in creating smooth curves.</li>
 <li>Straight Line Tool: By holding the Pencil on the screen, users can draw straight lines. When used in conjunction with symmetry effects, it produces sharp, industrial images and unexpected designs. Enabling the "continuous" option adds uniqueness to the drawing experience.</li>
 <li>Dotwork Tool: In honoring Cory Ferguson's expertise, Geometrica includes a dotwork tool that offers extensive customization for pointillism shading. Users can adjust dot size, density, brush size, and even randomize the size of the dots to suit their preferences.</li>

 <li>Geometrica allows tattoo artists to keep their work organized by providing folder functionality within the Gallery section.</li>
 <li>The "Convert To Lines" function instantly transforms any image into a line drawing with a single click, enabling further fine-tuning of the image.</li>
 <li>Background grids like square, hexagon, or isometric can be toggled on for improved precision.</li>
 <li>The Snap Menu facilitates accurate positioning by snapping the straight line tool to points on the grid or aligning the symmetry tool at the exact center of the drawing after movement. Additionally, it allows for rotation of layers in 5-degree increments when transforming.</li>
 <li>Geometrica provides essential printing features for tattooers. Users can print drawings at any size, eliminating the need for resizing on photocopiers. The app breaks down the image into as many pages as necessary to stencil a tattoo measuring up to 28" tall. Various image adjustment tools ensure clean, accurate stencils.</li>
 <li>On a monthly basis, users receive 6 patterns that demonstrate the potential of Geometrica. These patterns can be utilized freely to expand artistic possibilities.</li>
